Delete your CourtPop data
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app, at any time.
In the app
- Open CourtPop and go to the Me tab.
- Tap the gear (Settings), then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away: your player card, photos, posts, bookings, matches, messages and notification settings. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to disconnect CourtPop from your Apple ID.
Signed in with Facebook? Deleting your account removes everything CourtPop received from Facebook. You can also remove CourtPop from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
Can’t open the app?
Email us from the address on your account, or tell us how you signed in, and we will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.
