What CourtPop collects, why, who sees it, and your choices.

LAST UPDATED 19 OCTOBER 2026

Who we are

CourtPop (the app and courtpop.app) is run by Pop Labs Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand, the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Contact: hello@mypoplabs.com.

What we collect

Why we use it

To run CourtPop and your account, show you courts and players that suit you, connect you with other players, send the notifications you turn on, keep CourtPop secure, and improve it. Our legal basis is providing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in running it safely, and your consent where we ask for it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our servers are in Singapore, so your data is transferred outside Thailand, with protections as required by the PDPA.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, your personal data is deleted; a limited record may be kept without your name where needed for security or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, copy, or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Most of this you can do in the app; for anything else email hello@mypoplabs.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. To delete your account, see Delete your data.

Children

CourtPop is not for children under 13. If you think a child has an account, tell us and we will delete it.

Security and changes

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
